The Green Material Guide helps architects, consultants and builders to choose environmentally friendly materials in the early stages. This is an introduction to how the Green Material Guide can be used in the planning of a construction project. The guide describes the environmental impact of a number of product groups, divided by building element and area of use.

Context assists developers and organizations with specialized advice, and has developed and maintains the Green Material Guide in collaboration with the Green Building Council.
