Kortere byggetid, \u00f8kt kontroll p\u00e5 produksjonen og klimagevinst<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Hersleth Entrepren\u00f8r har drevet prefabrikasjon av ytterveggselementer i tre til b\u00e5de st\u00f8rre og mindre bygg i egne lokaler p\u00e5 \u00c5rvoll i Rygge siden 2016. Ved \u00e5 produsere elementene i t\u00f8rre, lyse og rolige omgivelser sikrer entrepren\u00f8ren full kontroll under produksjonen. Tre til fem t\u00f8mrere er sysselsatt ved anlegget, og produserer \u00e5rlig mellom 5-8000 m2 veggelementer til b\u00e5de bolig, butikklokaler, idrettshaller og n\u00e6ringsbygg.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Oppsummert har vi erfart at denne byggemetoden gir sv\u00e6rt mange gevinster i form at den er mer industriell, den sikrer en optimal kombinasjon av tre, st\u00e5l og betong, gir enklere og mer forutsigbar byggeplasslogistikk, og ikke minst et bedre CO2-regnskap i form av lavere klimagassutslipp, sier Hersleth.<\/p>\n

At byggene i tillegg blir demonterbare skaper ogs\u00e5 fleksibilitet for fremtiden.<\/p>\n

Tidlig involvering av ulike fagomr\u00e5der en viktig suksessfaktor <\/strong><\/h4>\n

Entrepren\u00f8ren har erfart at det gir store gevinster i prosjektene n\u00e5r premissene for byggemetoden ligger til grunn fra start. Prosjektene organiseres som tradisjonelle prosjektorganisasjoner, der de ulike fagomr\u00e5dene bidrar med kompetanse og prosjektering i de ulike prosjektfasene, b\u00e5de i skisse-, forprosjekt og detaljprosjektering\/utf\u00f8relse.<\/p>\n

Det legges ogs\u00e5 til rette for at arkitekt prosjekterer overordnet bygningsstruktur og geometri allerede i skisse- og forprosjektet. Deretter kvalitetssikrer og bidrar de ulike fagene med premisser og styrende l\u00f8sninger underveis i prosjektet. Dette inkluderer alt fra f\u00f8ringer p\u00e5 spennvidder i konstruksjoner, h\u00f8yder og detaljsnitt, materialbruk og detaljl\u00f8sninger. Brann og lyd baseres p\u00e5 trygge og gode prinsipper. P\u00e5 denne m\u00e5ten tilpasses og optimaliseres metoden kontinuerlig b\u00e5de innad i prosjektet, samtidig som entrepren\u00f8ren tar med seg verdifull erfaring til nye prosjekter.<\/p>\n

Large neighborhood with 180 apartments<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In Vestby outside Oslo, Hersleth Entrepren\u00f8rer is building 64 apartments in 5 buildings on 3 and 4 floors. The project is called Vestbyhagen and is located in central Vestby. All the buildings are being constructed using locally sourced, self-produced external wall elements in combination with solid wood. <\/p>\n

The first two buildings, C and D, were completed in the summer of 2024, while building A was handed over in the first quarter of 2025. Buildings B and E are under construction and will be completed during 2025. <\/p>\n

When the entire neighborhood is completed in five to six years, a total of 180 units will be built in the area.<\/p>\n

Cluster leader Berit Sanness welcomes Hersleth AS as a member of Norwegian Wood Cluster.<\/p>\n

Om Hersleth AS<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Hersleth AS er et familieeid konsernselskap for Hersleth Entrepren\u00f8r AS og Hersleth Eiendom AS.<\/p>\n

Hersleth Entrepren\u00f8r har nedslagsfelt i Follo, \u00d8stfold og Oslo Syd. Selskapet tar oppdrag innen nybygg, ombygging og rehabilitering i privat og offentlig sektor, og omsatte for over en halv milliard kroner i 2024. Prosjektene spenner fra tradisjonelle boligprosjekter til n\u00e6ringslokaler og monumentale bygninger, som for eksempel kirkebygg, kulturbygg, politistasjoner, tinghus, hoteller og andre kulturb\u00e6rende prosjekter. Selskapet har ca. 80 ansatte fordelt p\u00e5 40 fagarbeidere og 40 funksjon\u00e6rer.
