Prestisjepris til HasleTre<\/strong><\/h4>\n

HasleTre har vunnet prestisjetunge \u00abWorld’s most sustainable commercial building 2024\u00bb p\u00e5 Architizer A+Awards.<\/p>\n

HasleTre er et demonterbart og ombrukbart n\u00e6ringsbygg i tre p\u00e5 Hasle i Oslo. Bygget er bygget med trematerialer fra topp til t\u00e5, og holdes sammen av innovative trel\u00e5ser som erstatter bruken av st\u00e5l og aluminium.<\/p>\n

Bygget er designet for ombruk i en fremtidig sirkul\u00e6r verdikjede. HasleTre oppn\u00e5dde hele 60% klimagassreduksjon og 80% reduksjon i st\u00e5lbruk sett opp mot referansebygg. Bygget er Breeam Excellent klassifisert og ble bygget p\u00e5 rekordtid.<\/p>\n

HasleTre er i dag hovedkontoret for bistandsorganisasjonen Redd Barna.<\/p>\n

LUMBER 4 ble \u00e5rets beste kontorbygg<\/strong><\/h4>\n

LUMBER 4 har vunnet prisen for \u00e5rets beste kontorbygg i kategorien Mellomstort 5-15 etasjer.<\/p>\n

Bygget er S\u00f8rlandets f\u00f8rste og st\u00f8rste n\u00e6ringsbygg i massivtre. Bygget har vist seg \u00e5 konkurrere \u00f8konomisk mot standard st\u00e5l og betongbygg. Bygget p\u00e5 rekordtid og med en h\u00f8y grad av prefabrikasjon har bygget oppn\u00e5dd 53% klimagassreduksjon.<\/p>\n

Den innovative gr\u00f8nnmalte og kuvede trefasaden har n\u00e5dd internasjonal oppmerksomhet og LUMBER 4 var i 2023 et av de mest publiserte byggene p\u00e5 Sosiale Medier, globalt.<\/p>\n

Architizer A+Awards er verdens st\u00f8rste prisprogram for arkitektur som fokuserer p\u00e5 \u00e5 fremme og feire \u00e5rets beste arkitektur og rom.<\/p>\n

Inspirerende \u00e5 bes\u00f8ke<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Norwegian Wood Cluster arrangerte nylig studietur til Oslo og bes\u00f8kte bl.a. HasleTre. Lovordene var mange. Det er ogs\u00e5 verdt \u00e5 merke seg hvorfor leietaker Redd Barna valgte \u00e5 flytte til et klimavennlig og gjenbrukbart kontorbygg. \u2013 Vi tilh\u00f8rer verdens st\u00f8rste barnerettsorganisasjon. De fleste som er p\u00e5 flukt i dag, flykter p\u00e5 grunn av klimaendringer som f\u00f8rer til t\u00f8rke og matmangel, naturkatastrofer og krig. Da er det ekstra viktig at vi har orden i eget hus og bidrar til s\u00e5 lavt klimafotavtrykk som mulig, sa Linn Huse-Amundsen, direkt\u00f8r for Mennesker og Teknologi i Redd Barna.<\/p>\n

I september arrangerer Norwegian Wood Cluster studietur til Kristiansand. Det er medlemmene i faggruppene B\u00e6rekraft og Fremtidige byggel\u00f8sninger som spesielt inviteres med p\u00e5 denne turen. \u2013 I Kristiansand gleder vi oss bl.a. til \u00e5 bes\u00f8ke LUMBER 4 sammen med J\u00f8rgen Tycho i Oslotre, sier Berit Sanness.<\/p>\n
